We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated MEP Supervisor to join our growing team and help maintain our high standards of service delivery across multiple locations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across multiple project locations throughout Nigeria.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material submissions, and proposals.
- Supervise and direct internal maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient daily task execution and quality control.
- Identify and resolve MEP-related technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance, cost-control measures, and industry standards on site.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in MEP systems coordination, project supervision, facilities engineering, and technical installations.
- Practical experience managing MEP works on commercial and infrastructural projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, generators, sewage plants, drainage, fire protection, and lighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering design and review tools.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, commissioning, contractor management, and communication skills.
