About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled MEP Supervisor to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of complex infrastructural and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple project locations throughout Nigeria.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material submissions, and proposals.
- Direct internal maintenance technicians, monitor daily task execution, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical MEP issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance, quality control, and cost-control standards on site.
- Possess a BSc or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Bring 3 to 5 years of proven experience in MEP systems coordination, project supervision, facilities engineering, and technical installations.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, pumps, generators, sewage plants, fire protection, and lighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering design tools.
- Hands-on experience managing MEP works on commercial and infrastructural projects, including testing and commissioning.
