We are currently seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Auto Workshop Supervisor to manage our collision repair workshop, specializing in panel beating and spray painting, to ensure profitable, smooth, and safe daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage clients, technical teams, and operational parameters to optimize assets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly technical workshop reports to upper management.
- Develop action plans and provide regular status updates for all vehicles currently in the workshop.
- Provide technical assistance for complex vehicle diagnoses to support the workshop team.
- Reduce repeat concerns through direct guidance, close supervision, and proper task delegation.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, maintain tools and equipment, conduct hand tool audits, and enforce PPE adherence.
- Perform final quality inspections on all repairs before vehicle delivery.
- Drive workshop profitability in alignment with established budgetary goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Auto Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in auto workshop team supervision.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive is compulsory.
- Strong sales, persuasion, client relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
