We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MEP - Plumbing Engineer with at least 5 years of industry experience to join our growing engineering team and drive excellence across our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and review comprehensive plumbing layouts, schematics, and technical drawings for various construction projects.
- Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems to guarantee compliance with exact design specifications.
- Monitor and coordinate robust preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to local Nigerian building codes, safety regulations, and relevant international engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams to seamlessly integrate plumbing systems into overall project designs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and system performance evaluations for management review.
- Coordinate with trusted suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery and proper installation of plumbing materials and equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in MEP plumbing engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of advanced plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other standard engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight construction deadlines.
