About the Role

Based in Ode-Remo, Sagamu, Ogun State, we provide unparalleled solutions tailored to the diverse needs of individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems across our residential, commercial, and building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review electrical engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, schematic layouts, and technical specifications for building services.
- Supervise on-site electrical installations including conduiting, cabling, switchgear, distribution boards, and lighting to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material takeoff lists, and equipment specifications for power distribution, backup generators, and low-current systems.
- Direct and manage sub-contractors, electricians, and technicians while maintaining strict safety compliance on site.
- Oversee insulation testing, continuity testing, load testing, and commissioning of all electrical installations prior to project handover.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, plumbing, civil, and architectural teams to prevent design clashes and ensure seamless MEP integration.
- Conduct regular inspections, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with local electrical safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP electrical installation, design, and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other relevant electrical design and drafting software.
- Solid knowledge of low voltage (LV) power distribution, lighting design, earthing systems, generators, and low-current security systems.
- Strong understanding of standard electrical codes, troubleshooting abilities, and excellent project management skills.
