About the Role
CWG Engineering Limited is a premier, employee-owned engineering consulting practice specializing in 3D Laser Scanning, Engineering and Design Services, Manpower Supply, and Project Management throughout Nigeria. We are currently looking for experienced and safety-conscious Crawler Crane Operators to join our dynamic team and support our expanding heavy-equipment operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate crawler cranes of specified capacities (75-ton, 100-ton, or 150-ton) safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Conduct thorough pre-operational and post-operational inspections of the crane and associated rigging equipment.
- Strictly adhere to standard safe lifting procedures, load charts, and site safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with signal persons, riggers, and site supervisors to execute complex lifts.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of crane operations, maintenance checks, and hours of use.
- Report any mechanical malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents immediately to the site management.
- Proven professional experience operating crawler cranes, specifically within the 75-ton, 100-ton, or 150-ton capacity ranges.
- Deep understanding of heavy-equipment mechanics, crane load charts, and safe lifting procedures.
- Valid operator certification and relevant licenses required for heavy machinery operation in Nigeria.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, environmental standards, and quality performance.
