Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of cranes and heavy lifting machinery.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify potential faults and wear.
  • Dismantle, examine, and replace defective parts, gears, and components using precision tools and equipment.
  • Test repaired machinery to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance, repairs, and parts usage for operational tracking and safety audits.
  • Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental policies on all job sites.

Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience servicing heavy-duty cranes, lifting equipment, and related construction machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in industrial machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced industrial environments.
  • Relevant technical certification, trade test certificate, or mechanical engineering degree is highly preferred.
