About the Role
Tanzeel Colleges International is an esteemed Islamic educational institution in Nigeria, built on the conviction that education should form the whole person rather than merely prepare them for examinations. Since 2008, we have grown into a multi-campus institution offering conventional schooling, intensive Qur’an education, boarding, an online academy, and comprehensive mentorship. We are currently seeking a visionary Mentorship Programme Lead to drive our character-building and tarbiyyah initiatives, guiding our students with wisdom, care, and fairness.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive mentorship programmes across our campuses.
- Model the ethical and moral character we seek to nurture in our students.
- Practise tarbiyyah deliberately, ensuring student development aligns with Islamic values.
- Honour the trust placed in the institution by learners and their families through dedicated pastoral care.
- Guide students and junior staff with wisdom, empathy, and professional care.
- Exercise authority with amanah, justice, and a deep understanding of leadership as service rather than privilege.
- Collaborate with academic and boarding staff to integrate mentorship into daily campus life.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student mentorship, pastoral care, or educational leadership.
- Deep alignment with Islamic educational philosophies and the principles of tarbiyyah and amanah.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and serve as a positive role model for youth.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programme components effectively.
