We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Medical Sales Representative to join our expanding field team in Kwara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting healthcare professionals with innovative medical solutions, driving brand awareness, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and manage appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams through scheduled visits and strategic networking.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to healthcare professionals in both clinical and retail sectors using up-to-date clinical data.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain positive, long-term working relationships with medical and administrative staff.
  • Win new customers and secure repeat business while consistently meeting or exceeding regional sales and debt collection targets.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and analyse sales data to optimize resource allocation.
  • Organize professional conferences and medical events for doctors and clinical staff.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related science discipline from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in medical sales within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales and debt collection targets.
  • Exceptional selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
  • Must be currently resident in Kwara State.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience is a strong added advantage.
