We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to expand our market reach and strengthen our relationships within the healthcare community. In this hands-on role, you will represent a brand committed to excellence, utilizing cutting-edge technology and a patient-first philosophy to deliver superior diagnostic care.
Key Responsibilities- Actively generate new business and promote FRCL's advanced radiology and diagnostic services.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, HMOs, and corporate organizations.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and execute strategic outreach plans to increase patient referrals.
- Represent FRCL professionally at medical conferences, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving continuous revenue growth.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management to optimize sales strategies.
- Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative, healthcare marketer, or a strong willingness to learn and excel in this field.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian healthcare industry, medical ecosystem, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Biological Sciences, Nursing, or a related field is an added advantage.
