About the Role

Dragnet Solutions, a leading technology and people screening organization, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Officer II for our client's healthcare facility in Warri, Delta State. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical care, assess and manage patients across outpatient and inpatient settings, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients efficiently with decreasing levels of supervision, escalating complex cases appropriately.
  • Participate actively in clinical duties, ward rounds, emergency on-call rotas, and medical procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in strict compliance with internal policies and MDCN regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care and support HMO processes.
  • Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based, cost-effective medical practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of compulsory housemanship and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
  • Valid and current practicing license issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC clinical experience in a recognized hospital setting.
  • Demonstrable competence in clinical decision-making, patient management, and emergency response.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
