We are currently recruiting a dedicated and qualified Medical Officer I specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Paediatrics to join our healthcare facility in Warri, Delta State. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care, manage patient cases across various departments, and ensure optimal health outcomes in alignment with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in family medicine, internal medicine, or paediatrics under appropriate supervision, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Participate actively in out-patient and in-patient clinics, ward rounds, on-call rotas, and medical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical records in compliance with internal policies and current Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and support HMO processes through evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid and current practising license issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with evidence of completed housemanship.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC clinical experience, though exceptionally skilled newly qualified medical officers may be considered.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in hospital clinical systems and record-keeping.
