Key Responsibilities- Perform routine laboratory investigations and sample preparation under appropriate supervision.
- Operate, clean, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Carry out rigorous quality-control procedures to guarantee accurate and reliable diagnostic results.
- Record, document, and report laboratory results accurately while maintaining proper inventory.
- Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety, infection prevention, and waste-disposal protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while upholding patient confidentiality.
- Relevant professional registration and licensing with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Previous laboratory experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be reliable, highly responsible, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
