Key Responsibilities- Conduct a wide range of routine and specialized laboratory tests including Immuno Assay, toxicology, and clinical pathology procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and prompt delivery of diagnostic test results to support patient treatment plans.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment and instrumentation according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control, health, safety, and infection control protocols within the laboratory environment.
- Manage inventory of laboratory reagents, consumables, and supplies while documenting all quality assurance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with pathologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Possession of an AMLS or BMLS degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid and current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Demonstrated relevant clinical experience in a busy medical laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer literacy skills.
