We are driven by a mission to eliminate outbound medical tourism by integrating cutting-edge technology with world-class medical expertise, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of complex hematological, chemical, bacteriological, and pathological laboratory tests to aid in accurate cancer diagnosis and patient treatment.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and automated diagnostic analyzers with strict adherence to quality control standards.
  • Ensure the accurate collection, labelling, processing, and tracking of patient biological specimens while maintaining absolute sample integrity.
  • Analyze test results thoroughly, identify critical values, and report findings promptly to attending oncologists, surgeons, and physicians.
  • Comply strictly with hospital biosafety protocols, waste management guidelines, and universal infection control standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital and physical records of all laboratory procedures, inventory supplies, and test outcomes in compliance with regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree or equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Current practicing license and valid registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of clinical laboratory experience, preferably within a reputable hospital, diagnostic center, or oncology facility.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating modern laboratory information systems and advanced diagnostic machinery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
