As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate and timely analysis of patient samples across various pathology disciplines using advanced laboratory equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Validate laboratory results meticulously before electronic transmission to clients via secure and encrypted messaging services.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support prompt clinical decision-making and patient management.
- Participate in routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory management within the laboratory.
- Possess a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Must hold a valid and current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Demonstrate relevant post-qualification experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
- Exhibit high levels of integrity, professional competence, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
