Key Responsibilities- Provide operational availability for medical duties for a minimum of 8 hours per day, managing consultations, diagnoses, and treatments for staff, dependents, and authorized contractors.
- Conduct twice-daily visits and clinical reviews for in-house hospitalized cases, and manage specialized referrals to external clinics when necessary.
- Counsel patients on health and wellness matters, ensuring thorough follow-up on all referral cases and maintaining active contact with external specialists.
- Perform annual medical checks for spouses and retirees, and participate actively in Lagos Medical Division management and healthcare planning activities.
- Generate accurate monthly activity reports while strictly maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
- Possess an MBBS degree with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, including hands-on experience in Emergency Medicine.
- Maintain valid registration and compliance with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, alongside up-to-date knowledge of global medical issues.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external medical professionals.
