Key Responsibilities- Provide expert radiological diagnostic services utilizing advanced imaging technologies including X-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.
- Interpret medical images accurately and promptly to assist clinical departments in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Supervise, mentor, and train resident doctors, medical students, and other allied health professionals within the radiology department.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary clinical meetings, departmental audits, and hospital committees to improve clinical outcomes.
- Contribute to institutional research initiatives and maintain compliance with national medical standards and hospital safety protocols.
- Possess a primary medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Hold a postgraduate fellowship in Radiology (e.g., FWACS, FMCR, or equivalent professional certification).
- Current valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a recognized teaching hospital or large healthcare facility.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills suited for an academic medical environment.
