In this role, you will produce and edit compelling photo and video content for diverse client campaigns and agency channels, managing the entire production lifecycle from initial planning and capture through to final post-production while ensuring platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots for client campaigns and agency content.
- Edit and produce polished multimedia content specifically optimized for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Lead and Social Media Specialist to ensure visual alignment with overarching campaign strategies.
- Manage comprehensive media assets, ensuring organized storage, efficient retrieval, and rigorous version control.
- Stay ahead of emerging content trends, platform-specific formats, and best practices for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
- Source, coordinate, and manage production equipment, locations, talent, and crew for successful shoots.
- Deliver all visual content strictly on schedule to meet tight campaign deadlines and posting calendars.
- 2 to 4+ years of professional experience in videography, photography, and multimedia content editing.
- Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard editing software including Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of platform-native content styles, audience engagement, and digital media trends.
- Solid technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting design, and professional audio recording for field production.
- Proven ability to manage shoot logistics seamlessly and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
