About the Role
Dunn & Braxton is looking to hire a commercially minded Media Buying Sales Executive / Manager to combine strong sales expertise with a solid understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising. In this role, you will identify and convert new business opportunities, grow media spend, and help clients achieve their customer acquisition objectives across Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for performance marketing and customer acquisition through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Lead discovery calls, presentations, commercial discussions, and client negotiations to drive prospects through the sales funnel.
- Communicate key performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to increase media spend among existing clients and develop robust account growth plans.
- Collaborate with internal media buying and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, campaign setup, and launch.
- 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing, advertising sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance-driven business models.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills tailored for senior decision-makers like CMOs and Business Owners.
- Prior experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic advertising, or sectors such as Fintech, E-commerce, and Gaming is a strong advantage.
