About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Technician to join our state-of-the-art engineering team and contribute to our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and rapid troubleshooting to ensure production machinery runs efficiently and reliably.
- Understand the comprehensive process flow and function of all assigned production machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical faults accurately and carry out necessary repairs promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to identify potential breakdowns, wear and tear, or maintenance needs.
- Perform equipment installation, mechanical adjustments, precise alignment, and routine servicing.
- Ensure all machines operate safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to streamline manufacturing workflows.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and maintenance policies.
- Possess an HND, B.Tech, or B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on technical experience within a fast-paced Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food, or general Manufacturing industry.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities regarding industrial machinery.
