About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Field Specialist - Completions & Wellbore Intervention to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting complex field operations, running critical wellbore intervention applications, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Running multiple medium to high-risk operations across one or more product lines within the Cased Hole Completions Product Group under supervisor direction.
- Expanding and applying technical expertise to manage applications of increasing complexity and operational risk.
- Ensuring all supplied equipment is fully compatible with other machinery and tools deployed for the job.
- Providing frontline customer support and accurately completing all pre-job and post-job documentation.
- Conducting on-the-job training for junior personnel on various Cased Hole Completions applications as required.
- Strictly adhering to Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance standards, and core values during all business activities.
- Minimum of a two-year Technical Qualification or Associate Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in completions and wellbore intervention field operations.
- Solid understanding of core engineering concepts and oilfield practices.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting job requirements.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
