About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, planning, and executing mechanical systems for our residential and commercial estate projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability at every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and supervise mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection for various estate development projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs into overall construction plans.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and technical evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges on-site promptly to prevent project delays.
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, material schedules, and technical reports for upcoming and ongoing construction phases.
  • Ensure all mechanical installations align with sustainable energy practices and support our organizational commitment to eco-friendly housing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven professional experience working as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications (such as COREN, NSE, or equivalent) will be a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
