About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our ultra-modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, maintaining equipment efficiency, and supporting our commitment to delivering quality and affordable healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all pharmaceutical manufacturing and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor machinery performance and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with the production and electrical teams to install and commission new plant equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of equipment maintenance logs, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with a pharmaceutical background serving as a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial utilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
