About the Role

We are currently looking for a diligent and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining product excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our commitment to delivering superior quality standards across all production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor active production processes continuously to ensure that all products consistently meet established quality standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
- Conduct thorough physical and technical inspections and quality checks on incoming raw materials, in-process production stages, and finished goods.
- Identify any emerging quality defects or discrepancies, document findings accurately, and collaborate closely with production teams to implement swift corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate quality control records and support full compliance with company operating procedures, occupational health and safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing or factory environment.
- Solid working knowledge of industrial quality control procedures, modern inspection methods, and standard manufacturing production processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, alongside excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional production teams and maintain rigorous standards under tight operational deadlines.
