We are currently looking for a talented Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Supervisor to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless execution of complex building utility systems across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple project locations throughout Nigeria.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, material submissions, and proposals with high precision.
- Direct internal maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, and monitor task execution for optimal productivity.
- Identify and resolve MEP-related technical issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance, quality control standards, and cost-control measures on site.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in MEP systems coordination, project supervision, facilities engineering, and technical installations.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, HVAC, drainage, and fire protection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering design tools.
- Demonstrated practical experience managing MEP works on commercial and infrastructural projects.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, commissioning, contractor management, and communication skills.
