Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of industrial machines and equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and associated fixtures.
- Manage minor and major electrical issues, including the installation and replacement of wiring, lighting, breakers, and electrical controls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to plan installations and plumbing layouts.
- Utilize diagnostic devices such as ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers alongside standard hand and power tools.
- Cut, weld, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures while adhering to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect and test electrical and plumbing systems to ensure functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, complete assigned work orders on time, and document completed tasks and materials used.
- Collaborate effectively with other technicians, general contractors, architects, and internal team members.
- Possess a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Trade School Certificate in a relevant technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a professional environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical blueprints and utilizing electrical testing equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform welding, plumbing, and general facility repairs.
