About the Role
Ekklesiyar Yan'uwa a Nigeria (EYN Projects) is seeking a dedicated and analytical MEAL Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical technical and operational support to our Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) functions. You will ensure that development and humanitarian programme activities are effectively monitored, accurately documented, and executed in strict compliance with organizational standards and donor requirements. Key Responsibilities- Support comprehensive data collection, entry, verification, and analysis across various humanitarian and development projects.
- Assist in the implementation of robust beneficiary accountability and feedback mechanisms to ensure transparent service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with programme teams, field staff, and partners to track progress, demonstrate results, and identify operational challenges.
- Contribute to regular reporting, document valuable lessons learned, and promote continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
- Uphold core humanitarian principles, security protocols, and do-no-harm approaches across all assigned operational areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Social Work, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in data management, MEAL, or humanitarian project implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, database management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
