Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to improve academic performance.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning and spiritual growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to develop academic programs and extracurricular activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or TRCN certification is mandatory.
- Proven professional experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian and international secondary education curricula.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
