Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to support their emotional, social, and academic development.
- Guide students through academic planning, career choices, and preparation for various external examinations.
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to identify and address student behavioral or learning challenges.
- Implement developmental guidance programs that promote mental health, positive behavior, and godly virtues.
- Maintain accurate student counseling records while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Assist in organizing workshops and seminars focused on study skills, time management, and career orientation.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Guidance Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as a guidance counselor or teacher in a reputable school environment.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully preparing students for local and international external examinations.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with a passion for student success.
- In-depth understanding of child development, student mentoring, and modern educational counseling techniques.
- Availability to resume duties as soon as possible.
