Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive Mathematics lessons that make complex concepts practical and relatable to secondary school students.
- Develop and nurture students' mathematical reasoning, analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Prepare students thoroughly for both internal assessments and major external examinations.
- Design, administer, and evaluate formative and summative assessments to accurately track student progress and academic growth.
- Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education with Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or equivalent teaching certification is a strong added advantage.
- At least 2 years of proven teaching experience at the secondary school level.
- Prior experience teaching within a Cambridge Associate School will be considered a significant advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Secondary School Mathematics curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
