About the Role
Tiny Toes Academy and Thriving Toes School is a reputable educational institution located in Lugbe, Abuja, dedicated to providing exceptional care and quality education for children. We strive to develop the whole child in a stimulating, safe, and comfortable environment. We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate, competent, and committed Teaching Staff to join our dynamic faculty for both primary and secondary sections.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons for Primary Classes and Secondary Subjects including English, Mathematics, Sciences, Arts, Humanities, and ICT.
- Plan, prepare, and execute well-structured lesson plans aligned with the Nigerian curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster a supportive community and promote student success.
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc with a relevant teaching qualification.
- At least 3 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized school.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian primary and secondary school curricula.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Good ICT and digital literacy skills for modern classroom integration.
- TRCN certification serves as an added advantage.
