KNOSK N100/25cents A-Day Charity Secondary School is a mission-driven institution dedicated to providing quality secondary education to children from the poorest households and underserved communities. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team and help unlock the potential of young learners, particularly girls, enabling them to complete their secondary education and build sustainable futures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and innovative mathematics lessons aligned with the Nigerian secondary school curriculum
- Create inclusive classroom environments that support diverse learning needs and foster student engagement
- Assess student progress through regular evaluation and provide constructive feedback
- Integrate technology-enhanced teaching methods to improve learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student development and school initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and participation
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in secondary school (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Nigerian secondary school mathematics curriculum
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching (advantageous)
