Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English Language and Literature-in-English in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and execute well-structured daily lessons and comprehensive long-term instructional units.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and academically rigorous classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and a love for reading.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with parents, guardians, and school administration regarding student development.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, English Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification and proven experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Assessment International Education framework or international curricula is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
