About the Role
Creative Field International School, a leading private educational institution located in Asaba, Delta State, is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Mathematics Teacher. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional early years, primary, and secondary school education by fostering a stimulating and supportive mathematical learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, effective, and curriculum-aligned lessons in Mathematics to students.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, instructional materials, and innovative teaching aids.
- Assess, grade, and monitor students’ academic progress regularly to provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Contribute positively to the school’s overarching academic and moral objectives.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant numerate field.
- Strong subject matter expertise and effective pedagogical skills in teaching Mathematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with robust classroom management abilities.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented school community.
- Previous teaching experience within a recognized educational institution will be an added advantage.
- Must reside within Asaba, Delta State, or be willing to relocate promptly.
