As a Mathematics Teacher at Lagooz Schools, you will be expected to:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to improve academic performance.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Utilize modern teaching aids, educational technology, and interactive methods to make mathematical concepts accessible to all learners.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Guide students in preparing for internal and external examinations, ensuring high standards of achievement.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc (Ed), or B.Sc in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification (such as TRCN registration) is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level within Nigeria.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional classroom management abilities and a genuine passion for youth development and education.
• Familiarity with modern educational technology and digital learning tools.
