Imaad Schools Lekki is a premier, faith-based Muslim British international school situated in Lagos, Nigeria. We are currently looking for a passionate and competent Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators in shaping the future of our students through innovative teaching and dedicated mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge and Nigerian curricula.
- Prepare learners comprehensively for internal and external examinations, focusing on strong academic achievement and building confidence.
- Implement strong classroom management strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
- Monitor, assess, and report on the academic progress and overall wellbeing of every student.
- Collaborate professionally with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to support student development.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection across all school activities.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related numerate field.
- Proven teaching experience, ideally within a primary or international school setting.
- Strong command of Mathematics concepts and contemporary pedagogical strategies.
- Familiarity with Cambridge and Nigerian curricula is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
