Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging Mathematics lessons to students in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations through targeted revision and practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to organize academic events, STEM activities, and extracurricular programs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and grades while communicating regularly with parents regarding student performance.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc in Mathematics, or a related field with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE, TRCN certification).
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary or high school setting.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
