Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic growth.
- Foster a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student holistic development and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc (Ed), or B.Sc in Mathematics or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification (such as TRCN) is strongly preferred.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable primary or secondary school environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong moral character, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
