About the Role
Pecroyal Educonsult is partnering with an expanding primary and secondary school located in Surulere, Lagos, to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Mathematics Teacher. We are dedicated to elevating educational standards and helping students build a strong foundation in mathematics while fostering overall academic confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, creative, and child-centered mathematics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Maintain effective classroom management to ensure a conducive and disciplined learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Support pupils academically while intentionally developing their problem-solving skills, character, and self-confidence.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and school management to improve curriculum delivery.
- Participate actively in continuous professional development and staff meetings.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, B.Ed, B.A., or B.Sc. in Education or a relevant numerical field.
- Proven prior teaching experience in a reputable school environment is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, child development, and mathematical education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
