Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive mathematics curriculum aligned with secondary school standards
- Create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate student learning
- Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and continuous evaluation
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students of varying abilities
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement school policies and educational initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education or Mathematics with teaching qualification
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Minimum 2 years of secondary school teaching experience
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
