We are seeking a dedicated educator passionate about mathematics instruction who can deliver high-quality teaching across multiple age groups while fostering critical thinking and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive mathematics lessons aligned with the Nigerian and British national curriculums
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and age groups
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and school initiatives
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed), Science (B.Sc), or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant subject
- Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in Mathematics or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of verified teaching experience (preferred)
- Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities with proven discipline techniques
- Proficiency in lesson delivery and curriculum adaptation
