Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured Mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles
- Maintain effective classroom management and a conducive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Integrate ICT tools and digital resources into lesson delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities
- Uphold the college's values of academic excellence and moral integrity
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mathematics or related field
- Teaching qualification (PGDE, NCE, or equivalent) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching
- High moral integrity and professional appearance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
