Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, well-structured science and mathematics lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Teach complex scientific and mathematical concepts using age-appropriate methods, practical experiments, and interactive demonstrations.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, schemes of work, and creative teaching materials to support project-based learning.
- Assess, record, and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized learning environment during both theoretical and practical sessions.
- Prepare students effectively for internal and external examinations while managing classroom behavior positively.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student academic progress and holistic development.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional training sessions, school activities, and extracurricular STEM clubs.
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Professional teaching qualification, with TRCN registration being a strong added advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience teaching science and mathematics at the preschool or primary grade level.
- Demonstrated expertise in STEM education, project-based learning, and conducting safe student experiments.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for modern lesson planning, digital reporting, and administrative tasks.
