Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons in core mathematical disciplines including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistics.
- Teach step-by-step problem-solving techniques and encourage logical, analytical thinking.
- Assess student performance through homework, problem sets, diagnostic tests, and cumulative examinations.
- Differentiate math instruction to support struggling students while challenging advanced learners.
- Integrate educational technology, such as dynamic graphing tools and interactive displays, into daily lessons.
- Maintain an orderly, encouraging classroom environment where students feel comfortable taking academic risks.
- Track academic progress and communicate regularly with parents, department heads, and school counselors.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related quantitative field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid national teaching credential for secondary mathematics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching middle or high school mathematics.
- Proficiency with graphing calculators, mathematical visualization software like Desmos and GeoGebra, and learning management systems.
- High patience, exceptional explanatory skills, strong classroom management, and an encouraging demeanor.
