In this role, you will be instrumental in teaching German language skills to learners at A1 and A2 levels, helping them develop robust speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging German language lessons tailored to beginner and intermediate students.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Enhance students' German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communicative competence.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide constructive, timely feedback.
- Foster an interactive, encouraging, and culturally immersive classroom environment.
- Prepare students for recognized German language certifications such as Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and learning milestones.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in German, Modern Languages, Education, or a related field.
- Strong native or professional proficiency in the German language (written and spoken).
- Relevant German language certification such as Goethe-Zertifikat, TELC, ÖSD, or equivalent.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or lecturing experience in a formal academic setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
