Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the upper primary curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and holistic development.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and school management.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies.
- Participate collaboratively in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide extracurricular activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and academic performance.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience within the upper primary section.
- Candidate must reside in Kubwa or its immediate environs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong passion for child development and modern pedagogical techniques.
