About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Material Requirements and Planning Analyst to join our dynamic supply chain team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless material availability, optimizing inventory levels, and driving operational efficiency across our engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast material needs, manage inventory levels, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity across ongoing projects.
  • Manage Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, Form M processing, and full international trade compliance documentation.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for optimal costs and lead times, maintain supplier databases, and generate delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with clearing agents, customs officials, and the Nigeria Customs Service to prevent delivery delays, seizures, or demurrage.
  • Utilize MRP and ERP systems to analyze usage history, track lead times, and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, statistical analyses, and coordinate closely with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • University degree or HND in Management Sciences, Supply Chain, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) or Upper Credit.
  • Possession of an MBA or MSc will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of varied experience in Supply Chain Management with hands-on exposure to procurement, logistics, and material planning.
  • Strong technical proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and demonstrated expertise in international trade processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
