We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Port Harcourt branch operations and drive strategic business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless activities across customer service, loan processing, deposit mobilization, and cash management.
- Drive business growth by setting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and implementing effective strategies to expand our customer base among micro-entrepreneurs.
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring for branch staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and robust risk management frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and the community to promote bank services and enhance customer retention.
- Maintain accurate reporting, financial documentation, and operational records for executive review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience within the banking or microfinance sector, specifically in a branch setting.
- Strong expertise in branch operations, loan processing, deposit mobilization, and cash handling.
