We currently seek a dedicated Material Control Supervisor to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless flow of materials across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily activities relating to the control, movement, issuance, and management of project materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels to prevent discrepancies and project delays.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and site engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Implement and enforce strict material handling and storage procedures in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and prepare comprehensive reports on material utilization, wastage, and inventory status.
  • Manage material logistics and oversee warehouse operations to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in materials management, inventory control, logistics, or construction-related material operations within Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory tracking, and supply chain best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams.
